Sure enough, this pie is quite special. The main part of the bottom layer of pie is a layer of apple puree with apple grains, which is a bit soft, but a bit like fudge. There is a layer of shortbread on top, and then a layer of cream. It is sweet but not greasy, very refreshing. I booked a seat at 7:30, but I arrived a little early, so I decided to take some photos around. There was a retro party going on in the restaurant, and there were many people in strange costumes. I ordered a Norwegian LAKS, which is salmon. The grilled fish is a big piece, and it is already very thin to eat this one. The salmon is not very fat, and it feels quite thin. I loved that they used locally picked ingredients to enhance the taste of the dishes and each ingredient was explained in detail by the waiter. For a Michelin star restaurant, being able to walk in without booking 6 months in advance was a delight for someone from the UK. Yes it's expensive but worth it
